Shipping & Receiving

The major purpose of this strand is to prepare students with the skills needed for entry level Warehouse/Supply employment. Through direct instruction and practical application, students will learn the fundamentals of entry level Warehouse/Supply skills. Some of the skills taught include:

 

· Process orders for supplies

· Restock paper in office

· Restock paper in classroom

· Restock paper in Akerson printer

· Restock gloves in student cafeteria

· Restock Inventory in student restrooms

· Replace hand soap in staff restrooms

· Restock Nurse’s inventory

· Restock laundry detergent in Akerson bldg.

· Restock bond paper
